    1. Significantly smaller, ideally dull knife

    2. Lay halves on top of each other and smash those juices out.

    Love holy cow and how peppery it is. I prefer my bark to be as peppery as everyone else in my house allows me to get with it. Just ties in with the meat so well. Brisket looks great bud.
